There is a nearby reservoir (a man made lake to be used as irrigation water by a local ranch/rice fields) called Lake Margaret. This year it has completely drained/dried out. Shane, Hayden, Boone and I went for a walk to see and used it as an excuse to get out of the hot house.
Boone had great fun playing in the left over ponds of water and the thick mud they had surrounding them. At one point he chased a whole flock of geese...just because he could.
Hayden seemed to enjoy being out in the cool of the mountains and stayed awake for the walkabouts.

what lovely pictures of you all, glad we were not there to clean up Boone!!! The picture of the sunset is smashing and I expect you all enjoyed the coolness of the evening. Hayden is a beautiful baby.
