Eight Months Old Today!

Hayden is now eight months old. It is absolutely horrendous to think how fast time is flying.

He remains one of the happiest, sweetest, drooliest, most kissable and loveable babies I have ever met. He constantly makes us laugh with his antics and is always spreading his joy, and spit. He loves watching the baby in the mirror and telling his stories to anyone that will listen. He enjoys playing with, and chewing on, his books as well as listening to music. He can grizzle, snort, sigh and giggle...he is, quite simply, the funniest person he knows. He can bounce to the moon in his jumper, squiggle backwards on his belly or army crawl forwards. He rubs his whole head when he is tired, not just his eyes, and his left thumb is still the best friend he has. Watching Boone chase the ball makes him laugh and being too tired makes him cry real tears. Bath time is his chosen time to pee and naked baby jamboree is the best invention ever. He sucks his vitamins out of the sucker and so he does not need it squirted into his mouth. He has not come across a food that he does not like to eat, although vanilla yogurt is a definite favourite. He sneezes like Shane; but, sneezes a lot like me. His yawn is the spitting image of Shane's yawn.

He is the best thing to happen to us.
